01 What does a FIDES Curator Subscription include?
Your Subscription gives you complete Property oversight. From routine maintenance and safety checks to emergency repairs, renovations, and full project management. You receive a dedicated Property Curator who coordinates everything on your behalf, ensuring seamless service and exceptional quality.
02 Do you work with both Modern and Historic Properties?
Yes. Our Team is experienced in caring for heritage buildings as well as contemporary luxury homes. We understand the unique requirements, materials, and regulations involved in both, ensuring your Property is preserved and enhanced appropriately.
03 How quickly can you respond to urgent issues?
We provide 24/7 emergency support. As a Member, you receive priority response, and your Curator will coordinate trusted specialists immediately to resolve any urgent matter.
04 Can you manage large-scale renovations or extensions?
Absolutely. We manage and execute full refurbishments, extensions, structural works, and bespoke improvements, including planning, design coordination, and quality control from start to finish.
05 Do you use Subcontractors or your own Team?
No, we don't work with Subcontractors!
We work with a highly vetted master tradespeople and specialists. Every individual or Team involved is held to our strict quality and confidentiality standards, and your Curator oversees and approves all work.
06 How does Billing work?
Your Subscription will be credited to your account and will be offset against all costs incurred. Any additional work exceeding the actual account budget will be approved by you in advance and invoiced transparently without any hidden fees.
07 How can I pay?
Our Payment Options are:
You can settle your Invoice via standard Bank transfer in the following Currencies: CHF, EUR, GBP.
We also accept Payments in Cryptocurrencies, including BTC, and USDT.
Additionally, Credit Card Payments are accepted through our secure Digital Payment Provider.

Yes. Every Property is unique, and so is our Service. Your Curator will create a personalised care plan based on your Property’s size, age, condition, and your preferences.
09 Do you offer Keyholding and Access Management?
Yes. We provide secure Keyholding and manage all Property access for deliveries, inspections, or emergencies, ensuring complete safety and discretion at all times.
10 How do you ensure the quality of work?
Your Curator personally oversees all works, conducts inspections, and ensures every task meets our Premium standards. We maintain strict quality assurance processes and document everything in your digital property logbook.
11 How do I get started?
Simply request a Private Consultation. We’ll assess your Property, understand your needs, and recommend the Subscription tier that fits best. Once onboarded, your Curator begins managing everything immediately.
